Who We Are


Lori has been an Occupational Therapist for 15 years. She graduated from Penn State University’s Occupational Therapy Program and is a member of the High Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi of Penn State University. Lori has worked the last ten years specializing in Pediatric Occupational Therapy. She has worked in preschools and public schools. In addition, she has performed early intervention services from birth to five years of age. She is the founder of a private occupational therapy practice in New York and has provided treatment with Handwriting without Tears, sensory issues, autism, ADHD, behavioral issues, attention issues and developmental delays.

Lori is SIPT Certified (Sensory Integration and Praxis test) and a certified sensory integration therapist. The SIPT test is a comprehensive sensory integration and praxis test and is known as the “golden” standard.

Lori is certified in therapeutic listening program and Astronaut protocol. She has extensive training in sensory integration theory and practice. She is recognized for her work in identifying and treating children with sensory processing disorders. She is devoted to developing successful and confident kids.

Rebecca Carlson

Rebecca CarlsonRebecca Graduated from Harcum college Occupational Therapy program. She is a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA). She is a presenter of evidence-based practice for pediatric Occupational therapy tools at HCC. She has worked in brick township school districts and genesis jersey shore center occupational therapy department. Her love for children shines bright in all her sessions.

Carrie Krebs, OTR/L

CarrieKrebsCarrie has been an occupational therapist for 17 years. Her experience in pediatrics includes sensory processing, Handwriting Without Tears, preschool through middle school. Carrie’s training includes certification in Therapeutic Listening Program (TLP), MAT certified, and strength training. She was an Occupational Therapy supervisor for a New York preschool. Carrie has taught classes at The College Of Staten Island certificate program for children with special needs. Carrie graduated from Kean University occupational therapy program Magna Cum Laude honor society.

Tracy Kaufman, PT, MS

TracyTracy is a pediatric physical therapist. She graduated from Quinnipiac University, magna cum laude, with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy in 2002. She has experience with children with a variety of diagnoses including Cerebral Palsy, Down’s Syndrome, low muscle tone, developmental delays and neurological disorders. Tracy began her pediatric physical therapy career at the Children’s Center of Monmouth County in 2004 and has since worked at St. Peter’s University Hospital’s neonatal intensive care unit as well as outpatients and inpatients at the hospital. Along with The Sensory Playground, Tracy currently works at a private school for children with disabilities in Lakewood, NJ along with providing early intervention services for children ages birth to three. Tracy is a certified NDT therapist since 2005.

Sheri Berry

SheriBerrySheri Berry graduated with high honors from Union College (UCC) in 2000. Sheri comes to Sensory Playground with 14 years experience working with the pediatric and young adult population. The body of her work focuses on treatment intervention for clients on the autistic spectrum, as well as clients diagnosed with sensory integrative disorders, ADD, ADHD, Down Syndrome and Rett Syndrome. Occupational Therapy practices consist of improving sensory modulation capabilities, increasing the acquisition of fine motor/graphomotor skills, enhancing visual motor/visual perceptual skills, and further developing a greater level of overall functional independence.

Jennifer Manno, MM, MT-BC, NICU-MT

JenniferMannoJennifer is a board certified music therapist with a specialty NICU certification. She has been a music therapist for many years. She graduated from Immaculata University with a dual degree of a BA in Music and a BM in Music therapy. She then attended Florida State University’s Music therapy program and is an active member of their Music therapy advocate program. She has experience providing individual and group sessions as well as collaborating with other specialties such as occupational, speech and physical therapists in hospitals, medical daycares, early intervention and school settings. She is extremely familiar with incorporating props, and non-musical elements into her music sessions and is devoted to providing treatment that elicits positive responses.

Kristie Musacchia, OTR/LMA

KristieKristie is a pediatric occupational therapist from New Jersey. She graduated from Towson University in Towson, MD, Dean’s List with her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Occupational Therapy, as well as a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Autism Studies. Kristie has experience working in different pediatric settings, from Children’s Specialized Hospital to schools and private practices. Her passion has always been working with children, and she is excited to join the team at Sensory Playground!

Monique Davidoff OTR/L MA

MoniqueDavidoffMonique has been practicing OccupationalTherapy since 2005. She has extensive experience in Sensory Integration. Monique is trained in Astronaut Training, Therapeutic Listening Program, Interactive Metronome, Handwriting Without Tears, Building Blocks for Sensory Integration, The Sensory Motor Vestibular Triad, I Can Write, Now You See Me: Visual Rehabilitation in Pediatrics ready S.E.T. She is passionate about working closely with her clients and families to help their children function to the best of their ability.

Linndy Foo, PTD

Linndy is a pediatric physical therapist, who graduated in 2016 with magna cum laude and her doctor of physical therapy degree from the University of Sciences in Philadelphia. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, American Physical Therapy Association of New Jersey, and Academy of Pediatric Physical Therapy. In addition to working at Sensory Therapy Playground, Linndy works at a private school in New Jersey for children ages 3-21 with special needs. Linndy is compassionate about working with the pediatric population and strives to achieve her future goals of becoming a pediatric certified specialist and neuro-developmental treatment certified.

Jennifer Lawrence, ATR, LPC

Jennifer Lawrence is a registered art therapist and licensed professional counselor. She has been a practicing art therapist and counselor since 2004, specializing in childhood issues including grief and loss, adoption, learning differences, and coping with disability and mental health issues. She has also held teaching licenses in several states since 1991, both in regular and special education, elementary through high school.

Megan Gaunt

MeganMegan is our friendly office assistant. She is here to offer you help in anyway she can. She helps keep us organized, and offers assistance with receipts, paperwork, and needed documents for insurance companies.

Jennifer Lugo

Jennifer LugoJennifer is our friendly, personable office manager. She is a certified medical biller and can answer any questions pertaining to appointments, billing, and insurance. She also is the person to verify insurance coverage and issues. Jennifer manages all aspects of our office and is willing to answer any questions you may have.

Nicole Gasparo, MA, CCC-SLP

Nicole GasparoNicole is a New York and New Jersey State licensed and ASHA certified Speech-Language Pathologist and the owner of Chatterbox Speech & Language. Nicole has been working as a speech-language pathologist for the past 16 years. During this time she has had the opportunity to work with children ranging from infancy to school age. Nicole graduated from Kean University where she received her BA in Speech and Hearing (1996) and graduated Magna Cum Laude with her MA in Speech Pathology (1998). Nicole is a member of Kappa Delta Pi, ASHA and NJSHA.
Nicole specializes in oral motor and feeding disorders, sensory, behavior modification, and speech and language disorders. She has extensive training in the area of Autism/Pervasive Developmental Delay and works with Apraxia utilizing the PROMPT technique. Nicole has provided speech therapy in the preschool, public school setting and for the NYS and NJ Early Intervention home-based program. Nicole is very passionate about her therapy with her clients and is continuously seeking out continuing education opportunities to stay current on new therapy techniques and evidence-based practices to treat her clients.
